This very excellent "letter" is for parents to use for their child's teacher and was written by the parents of the OASIS Asperger Syndrome Forum, Compiled and Edited by Elly Tucker

Sometimes it's really hard to explain Asperger's to someone (especially a teacher) and not have it sound like all you really have is a "spoiled" child. This letter spells out wonderful suggestions for the instructor(s) and explains hicups that they may encounter to their "normal" teaching methods while making it plain that this is a child with a disorder - not one that is spoiled.
